The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Invoice, 2024, launched by Union Minister of State for Personnel Jitendra Singh, mentions “leakage of query paper or reply key”, “instantly or not directly aiding the candidate in any method unauthorisedly within the public examination” and “tampering with the pc community or a pc useful resource or a pc system” as punishable offences finished by an individual, group of individuals or establishments.Anti-cheating Bill.
