The Indira Gandhi Nationwide Open College (IGNOU) and The Open College of Kenya (OUK) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to boost collaboration throughout varied domains.

The MoU was signed within the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President of Kenya William Samoei Ruto by Dr. Beatrice Inyangala, Principal Secretary for Larger Training and Analysis, Ministry of Training, Kenya, and Prof. Nageshwar Rao, VC IGNOU.
